My name is John Buzinkai I am the Head Coach and owner of Training For Warriors, Bayonne. I have over 10 years experience in physical fitness, and have helped coach and motivate tens of thousands of people to lose fat, build muscle and feel great about themselves again.
I BELIEVE that with the right coaching, culture, community, and training environment it’s impossible not to see extraordinary change and results. “It’s bigger than me, it’s bigger than you, but it ain’t bigger than US.” Together as a FAMILIA we can achieve so so much more!!
I BELIEVE now more than ever the world needs more great coaches; leaders that can help bring out the best in people to ignite change from the inside out. Through positive encouragement, enthusiasm, and passion for helping others, there are few obstacles too great to overcome.

I have a passion for fitness and tend to get people a little bit excited about training and eating broccoli.(Ask me about my broccoli tattoo) Bringing out the best in people through positive encouragement and enthusiasm are some of my greatest strengths. I’ve always felt that building strength improves mental fortitude, a stronger body and a stronger mind leads to a stronger spirit. Life is full of challenges and in order to overcome many of them we need to arm ourselves with the proper tools of physical and mental strength, which improves through training. If you make time for your fitness, you will have more energy and time for everyone and everything else in your life. Outside of TFW, I enjoy traveling and seeing the world with my amazing wife and three beautiful daughters.

The TFW system began as a fitness program originally created for some of the best combat athletes in the world more than 18 years ago. Today, the training methods of the TFW system can benefit anyone looking to lose fat, build muscle and feel good. TFW is taught by a global network of affiliated coaches and trainers that run the TFW system at licensed TFW locations. Now with over 275 affiliate locations in 30 countries, thousands of people per day are using the TFW system to bring his or her fitness to another level in order to fight this battle called life.
